The Hispanic male is described as being in his 40’s with a light beard, wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans. The suspect vehicle is described as a dark green two door, possibly Ford Ranger with dark tinted windows.  The vehicle also had a piece of plywood in the bed protruding over the tail gate.
