Overton police on Thursday identified the man who was found shot to death this week as 29-year-old Carlos Kyle, the estranged husband of the woman charged in his death.

Overton Police have arrested two suspects in the shooting murder of a man on Monday night.

In custody are Anthony Arterberry and Regina Bayless.  Both have records involving everything from theft to indecency with a child in the case of Arterberry.

The identity of the victim has not been released pending notification of next of kin.

Authorities say the victim was shot on the side of Denmon Rd. at least 6 or 7 times.

The shooting happened Monday and the body was found Tuesday morning.


KETK has learned of a murder  in Overton on Denmon Road.

One man is dead and no arrests have been made yet.

Police are still investigating, but are treating the scene as a homicide.

KETK has a crew headed to the scene and will bring you more information as it becomes available.

this is bs. she got out 10 years po for a murder she deserve to rot in prison just like anthony! they tried killing my step dad cuz he was a eye witness! and they found them both not even a mile from my house they was coming to my house to kill my step dad and they would have murdered me, my mom, my little sister, and my son cuz we would have been eye witness to them murdering him they deserve more then first degree murder! cuz they attempted to murder my step dad after they murdered Carlos. cha
