Gilmer — Upshur County GOP Chairman Ken Ambrose is challenging the outcome of the primary election, according to a case his attorney filed with the district clerk’s office.

Ambrose is seeking a temporary injunction against Cynthia Ridgeway and Chuck Mears because, he alleges, some voters in Pct. 1 were denied their right to vote because their voter registration cards named the wrong precinct.
