UT Tyler baseball team wins home opener
Tyler — Dorothy said it first in the Wizard of Oz.

The UT Tyler baseball team said it on Valentine's night.
After starting the season with three straight road losses, the Patriots came home to Irwin Field to get their first win of the year.
UT Tyler won its home opener Friday evening, beating Texas Lutheran, 7-5.
The Patriots beat the team from Seguin.
UT Tyler didn't waste any time.
The Patriots scored three runs in the bottom of the first.
Leadoff hitter Sam Lane ripped a double and he later scored. Lane got three hits on the night, including a triple.
UT Tyler will host the Centenary Gents out of Shreveport Saturday at 5:00.
The Patriots hope Dorothy will be right again.
