Texas Representative, Louie Gohmert, spoke on Tuesday at Capitol Hill and called for a House Select Committee to investigate the Benghazi Terrorist Massacre that occurred in September 2012.

The committee would be used to investigate the American diplomatic mission at Benghazi, in Libya, that was attacked by a heavily armed terrorist group.

"We all need to be on board with this group," said Gohmert. "We need to force this issues to the floor, we need a select committee to push this to the floor."

The attack happened the night of September 11 at a compound used to protect the diplomatic building. Another assault happened in the early morning hours of September 12 by the CIA annex.

Four people, including United States Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens, were killed and 10 more were injured.

Former Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, engaged in a heated exchange of words with Senator Ron Johnson of Wisconsin regarding Clinton's role in the actions prior to and following the attack.

“With all due respect, the fact is we had four dead Americans. Was it because of a protest or was it because of guys out for a walk one night decided to go kill some Americans? What difference at this point does it make?” Clinton asked the Republican Senator. “It is our job to figure out what happened and do everything we can to prevent it from ever happening again.”

Gohmert, today, responded to Clinton's infamous question with a direct statement of his own.

"When the blood of American Patriots cries out, the blood of individuals who were sent into harm's way knowing how dangerous it was in Benghazi, especially two former Seals who went to save lives...That's the difference it makes," Gohmert said.

Between 1998 and 2011, U.S. diplomatic sites were subjected to 13 deadly attacks under three different presidents.

The 2012 Benghazi attack was the second deadly assault on a U.S. diplomatic facility that's happened during President Obama's terms.

"They knew this was an organized, well-prepared attack on our people," said Gohmert. "We need to get to the bottom of it, their blood cries out for that."
