Parents in one California school district are threatening to pull their kids out of class if their children are forced to share restrooms with kids of the opposite sex.

A new state law allows transgender children access to whichever restroom and locker room they want.

Jose Gaspar spoke with angry parents at a school board meeting.

"I want to know what the schools are going to do and how they're going to do it in transitioning in, in preparing our children for this change january 1st," said a concerned parent.

Parents in the Panama Buena-Vista school district are clearly upset after Governor Jerry Brown signed a law which allows transgender students in grades kindergarten through 12th to use whichever restrooms or locker room they prefer, as well as try out for either boys' or girls' sports teams.

One parent demanded to know how each individual school board member stood on the issue.

Supporters of the new law say it will help reduce bullying against transgender students.

Families of these students have been waging battles with school districts around the country over what restrooms and locker rooms their children can use.

But, not everyone agrees.

School boards are now put in a position of complying with the law while addressing the concerns of parents.

Panama Buena-Vista School District Superintendent Kevin Silberberg said the district is obligated to serve all students, including transgender.

"The board has different options and to send a message to the state, can be one of a resolution, the board can pass a resolution, the board can say that this will be very difficult to implement in our community," said Silberberg

Schools have until January 1st to come up with a plan on how the new law will be implemented.

That's right, keep giving perverts rights, but get ready, even more perverted ones will come out of the closet to claim their rights too, its just a matter of time. Can't believe anyone in their right mind would support perverts, especially around our kids.
