President Obama and his Democrats are bracing for election losses.

If pre-election polls are accurate Democrats will lose their majority in the House and perhaps even the Senate.

After a campaign that was often nasty and fueled by record spending, many voters are relieved to finally cast their ballots.

Ahead by 11 points in pre-vote Kentucky polls, Republican Senate candidate Rand Paul is a face of this years Tea Party rebellion.

Paul vows to shake up the Senate.

Riding that wave to try to take Barack Obama's Democratic Senate seat in Illinois is Republican Mark Kirk.

He was up in pre-vote polling, as was Pennsylvania Republican Pat Toomey.

Both campaigned on Tea Party platforms.

Nevada polls indicate Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid is up two to three points on his Tea Party challenger Sharron Angle.

Only Christine O'Donnell in Delaware looks like a Tea Party disaster, down 14 points in pre vote polls.

President Obama worked talk radio Tuesday, urging Democrats to turn out, but both sides in Washington assume voters will put at least 39 new Republicans in House seats.

It will be a huge win for Ohio GOP Congressman John Boehner.

He'll likely become Speaker of the House, but many of Boehner's likely new Tea Party colleagues campaigned against insiders like him.

Close Senate races in California and Washington state mean we won't know for many hours how bad a day this is for the Democrats.
