One very lucky dog has won the hearts of employees at an East Texas supercenter.

It all started back in May at the Jacksonville Walmart with a little dog who wondered up to the store.

Employees say the dog showed up malnourished and in terrible health.

Some of them started feeding the stray pup, to help put some meat back on his bones and rebuild his strength.

They fittingly named him Wally ... but the story doesn't end there.
