TYLER — An arrest warrant has been issued in the fatal crash that occurred on April 12 on State Highway 64 in Smith County.

DPS Troopers completed the investigation into the crash that killed Jacky Wayne Johnston of Tyler.

After being presented with probable cause, Judge Christi Kennedy of the 114th District Court signed the Warrant of Arrest for Eduardo Viramontes of Ben Wheeler, Texas.

The offense of Accident Involving Personal Injury of Death TRC Sec. 550.021(a)(1) – Felony 3 was signed on August 2, 2012, with a recommended bond of $250,000.
