A County employee says, Sgt. Thomas Bledsoe "pulled down his pants and flashed her."

Sgt. Bledsoe is suspended from his job.

35-year-old Kevin Hamilton of Jacksonville is cuffed and taken to jail, charged with indecency with a child by sexual contact, over the weekend.

Cops say, Hamilton forced himself into a young girl's house and attempted to have sex with her.

Bond, for the indecency charge, is set at 10-thousand bucks.

25-year-old John Coppes pleaded guilty, to having sex with his neighbor's horse and dog.

Cops say, a 13-year-old girl witnessed his acts with her pets.

The judge says, he has 30-days to move out of Polk County.

Coppes also faces a year in jail and a one-thousand dollar fine.

22-year-old Dexter Lee Sparkman says, he helped rob two Longview businesses in 2007.

Cops say, Sparkman pleaded guilty Tuesday.

His accomplice, Gerald DeWayne Butler, is already serving two life sentences behind bars.

Cops say, both men shot an employee while robbing a restaurant.

Another man was also involved.

Three men, including two from Lufkin, are cuffed and taken to jail, charged with transporting more than 15 pounds of cocaine to Louisiana.

Cops say, the drugs cost about 182-thousand dollars.

If convicted, each man faces an automatic ten years in prison.

And finally, Lufkin cops are looking to cuff people responsible for stealing from vehicles.

More than a dozen cases are under investigation.

Items stolen include— purses, wallets and debit cards.

And that's Wednesday's— "Cops And Cuffs."

Why is it a person can be slandered when there is no evidence, it is a mere charge? What happened to innocent until proven guilty?
