Dogs found mutilated at Texas mobile home park

A disturbing and deadly case of animal cruelty is under investigation in Metro San Antonio.
Lupe Silva described the smell as ghastly and a sight as grisly and unforgettable.
Over the weekend people, people living at Jasper Park came upon the bodies of several dogs. Two of the animals were mutilated and still hanging from trees. The body of a third strewn about a wooded area east of the 50-unit property.
It was so gruesome, some think it was done as a ritual.
Animal Cruelty investigators from the Bexar County Sheriff's Office scoured the mobile hope park, but no additional evidence of animal abuse was found.
Lupe, like many people in the community, is a dog owner and says the mystery of what happened is a great concern.
The Sheriff's Department asked the owner of the mobile home park to close some of the gates to restrict access to the property Authorities will also increase patrols in the area.
