The Houston Police Department has released new details regarding a bizarre incident involving a Manhattan real estate heir.

Robert Durst, once acquitted of murder in Galveston County, is now accused of urinating on a rack of candy at a Houston drug store.

Police responded but Durst was gone by the time officers arrived at the scene. Police say they identified Durst after reviewing surveillance video.
