New laws state citizens cannot have pants hanging more than three inches below their waistline, But, the ban isn't just for pants. Bikini bottoms, skirts and dresses are also included in the ban.

First offenders of the rule will be fined $25 and if it continues, the fine will go up to $200.

The ban, as of now, has only been implemented for boardwalk visitors.

Thank God someone has finally said no to crack! Wish they'd do it here.
