CNN (Hawaii) — A dolphin swim tour group got a whale of an upgrade off the coast of Hawaii's Big Island Wednesday.

The owner of the tour company says everyone had just climbed out of the water from swimming when a humpback whale approached.

Those on the boat said she danced around them for about a half hour.

And she gave them a dramatic tail wave.

He says he never felt like they were in danger.

He also says he's seen this whale many times over the past 15 years, and his friend named her Juanita.
