WHITEHOUSE, TX-  Whitehouse is next to consider a K2 ban.  Whitehouse Police Chief Rick Waller says he hasn't found anyone selling K2 in the city, but one or two places sell paraphernalia. 

Whitehouse Mayor Danny Hodgen says that he's not willing to wait on the state legislature to pass a ban.
The Council will vote on the ordinance in September.
