Wife of former Kaufman County Justice of the Peace charged with capital murder

Kaufman County authorities arrested 46-year-old Kim Williams and charged her with capital murder.

Kim's husband, former Kaufman Justice of the Peace, Eric Williams, was arrested Saturday and charged with making terroristic threats.

According to the arrest Affidavit, Kim Williams confessed her involvement in the shooting deaths of Hasse and the McLellands, and claimed her husband was involved as well.

This comes after authorities found more than 20 guns in Eric Williams' storage unit in Dallas.

Neighbors are shocked to learn his wife was also arrested in connection with the murders.

"Its bizarre," said next door neighbor Richard Mohundro

Mohundro said he had frequent visits with Kim and described her as a frail woman in poor health.

In this quiet little neighborhood in Kaufman County, neighbors are happy there is finally a lead to these murders."

"I hope they get what they deserve," said neighbor Ronald Kaufmann.

Eric Williams is being held on a 3 million dollar bond his wife 10 million dollars we will bring you more information as it comes available.
