Police say victim shot a number of times

Houston — The Houston Chronicle is reporting; Harris County sheriff’s deputies are searching for the gunman who shot a woman several times Thursday afternoon in a shopping center parking lot along South Highway 6 and Rancho Mission Drive.

The woman’s car apparently had mechanical problems shortly before 4 p.m. and she pulled into the parking lot at the Parvani Vida Bridal & Formal store.
