Lufkin, Texas — Officials at Woodland Heights Medical Center are asking the city to endorse incentives to help with a planned expansion of the hospital’s neonatal and surgical facilities.

The Lufkin 4B Economic Development Corporation approved and recommended to the council an Enterprise Project designation nomination for the medical center during a Monday meeting.
