Event will raise money for John Outlaw Memorial Scholarship Fund

Lufkin — The Lufkin Daily News is reporting; Panther Palooza, cheer team director T.J. Patterson is asking local businesses to have their doors wide open, and celebrate with their customers in an effort to raise money for the John Outlaw Memorial Scholarship fund.
