Tyler — A 2-car wreck backed up traffic in the westbound lanes of Loop 323 near Broadway Avenue Tuesday.

Officials say it happened when one of the driver's ran a red light.

One person involved in the accident has been taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.

Crews have since cleared the scene and traffic is back to a normal flow.
