The price supports run through October.

U.S. Marshals have seized skin products and ingredients at Clarcon Biological Chemistry Laboratory's Roy, Utah facility.

The F.D.A. warns consumers not to use any Clarcon products because they contain harmful bacteria.

Clarcon has produced and distributed more than 800,000 bottles of skin sanitizers and skin protectants since 2007.

On this day in 1983, the U.S. House of Representatives passed the Martin Luther King, Junior Holiday Bill, giving federal workers a paid holiday.

Later that year, the Senate also approved the bill.

A few weeks later, President Ronald Reagan signed the bill into law, declaring the third Monday in January of each year a public holiday.
