FOI attorney questions council's decision

Lufkin — The Lufkin Daily News is reporting; the Zavalla City Council may have violated the Texas Open Meetings Act when it met in closed executive session to discuss the municipal judge position during a special called meeting last week, according to a Freedom of Information attorney.
