GLS...I believe you have your facts wrong. The sign you say was posted was probably refering to the municipal court which is located in the same building. Also the dispatching for the Frankston Police Department is done through the Anderson County Sheriff's Office so unless the officer on duty happens to be in the office at 2AM instead of patrolling the city then of course there would not be anyone there.
Did you ever file a report with the FPD on the problems your son was having?
