I am a former smoker that quit not to long ago, and I believe the government needs to leave the tobacco alone and tax alcohol instead!!! I mean you can't get behind the wheel of a car and kill someone after you have smoked a cigarette, but you can if you have been drinking!! In my personal opinion I believe that more people consume alcohol than tobacco. What else does the president have up his sleeve to tax?
