Judge Jack Skeen does invent rules. As does the D.A. Having sat through a trial of a friend I wondered how the D.a.'s office could introduce evidence against this friend from another case that resulted in a conviction. Further the D.A.'s office never told the jury that pictures and other evidence they were shown was from that closed case. My friend was not even tied to that case.
