I think the cross should stay. Wasn't the land where the cross is land that eventually became BLM or a National Park? The ACLU should find a real job. Not everything is a law suit. By denying all those who feel that the cross should remain where it is, and siding with this one person, they are denying the civil freedoms and right for everyone else. There is a town Tehachapi, that was taken to court by one man (of Jewish descent I believe) who felt he could not visit his mothers grave at the public cementary due to the large cross in the cemetary. He won! They turned the cross into a capital "T". No lie! Instead of denying everyone else the right to have the cross there, they should have granted him the right to also include his Jewish symbol (whatever it is) right next to it, by denying everyone else is denying freedoms. The way things are going we might as well be a communist country and have nothing.
