It will be interesting to hear her explain just why she thinks an "enhanced" levee is preferable to a personnel and vehicle barrier at the border.
She was very instrumental in keeping the fence from being built in certain parts of the valley a year or so ago; so is she or is she not willing to PREVENT illegal aliens from entering the state?
If she can convince enough people that she is not owned by the growers and builders of the state who love cheap labor, she just might win.
