The childs mother had him taken away and given to his father for a reason. She put him in harms way before. She left him with a boyfriend who beat the child up and put him in the hospital. So don't try to make her out to be an innocent person. The child's father was at work when this incident occurred. He is very upset that his parents let this happen even though it was an accident. He has always put his son first. The child's mother only wants custody of him so that she can get money.
