Judges, when in the courtroom, don't have to "ask" anything; they are in charge.
If people are not allowed to wear headgear in court; then then a muslim or anyone else who wraps or otherwise covers their head should be forced if necessary to uncover or leave!
We face daily attempts by the muslims among us to erode our values so they can be incrementally supplanted by sharia law.
At the point where muslims reach about 10% of democratic populations, their protests become more violent and demanding.
Witness the foot baths in Michigan airports and in the meat-packing plants that employ Somali immigrants!!
If we want to retain our Christian values and beliefs we need to be ready to defend them everyday and in everyway!!
