They left out the part where Alex offered to pay Dale three times what the signs were worth while he held out his hand to apologize to him because he did not know that taking the signs were a crime. I would be ok with these charges if the lady whose house they actually took the signs from was indeed the person who filed the charges. She claims ownership of these signs.
