Government worker pay raises should be based on performance, i.e. their ability to produce a Federal surplus or a Federal deficit for the American people. If they produce a 10% surplus over taxes received then they get a 10% raise. If they produce a 10% deficit, we cut their wages 10%. Just watch and see how fast our budget gets balanced. Progressive LIB Leaders who wish to enlarge their power and pay, only believe in sharing the non-Gov’t real world earned profits, but never share the pain!
