You say Jesus never broke the law. You have not read your Bible lately. He healed on the Sabbath and that was a very severe violation of the law. The Church does have an obligation to help those from other nations even if here against the law. They are God's creation, just as you and I. We have been blessed to the hilt. The Church should help them as long as they present the Gospel to them. The Church also has an obligation to inform authorities that this person is here and has broken the law.
