The question now is, what did Sheriff Clarence Dupnik know and when did he know it? I've now heard they are trying a FOI for any information as to Loughner's contacts with the Sheriffs office. But so far the Sheriff is stonewalling.
Meanwhile, taxpayers will pay a bundle for thise top lawyer for Loughner. Everyone else gets a public defender but no.... millions will be wasted on him.
