Unions fight for the rights of the workers to receive part of the profits that their labor produces. One person has no voice in corporations or in government. That is why in order to form a more perfect union we gather together as workers and force the fair compensation for our labor. The boss still gets his bonus but it may be a little smaller and the workers get to put better food on their tables.
