One caller said "let the jury decide". I think that would be a good idea. We need to find a way to filter out frivolous lawsuits without punishing legitimate ones. Just because a plantiff loses doesn't mean the complaint was frivolous. But it's not corp. fault when Bubba removes safety guards from tools then gets hurt trying to use it for something it wasn't made for, or when someone tries to press the shirt they're still wearing.
