I do not drink and drive and I do not approve of anyone that drinks and drives. I do feel that drawing blood from a suspect is very invasive of privacy and personal rights. I know people die and become crippled for life in the situations where alcohol mixes with driving, but how far are we willing to let this go? Once this becomes common practice, what else will the police be allowed to take samples for? I personally, think it better, if the police just shoot the suspects to avoid the expense of going through the judicial system. REALLY!
