Cell phones cause danger just attempting to shop. I am run down by carts in the grocery aisles by folks busy on their phones. Turning them loose in vehicles means taking one's life in their hands every time we leave home.
I suppose there is no way to enforce banning the use of cell phones in a moving vehicle. Just as DUI makes a vehicle an unguided missle, it takes an accident to catch the offender. How does one teach a sense of respondsibility before the fact ?? thank you,
