This looks like a job for Don and the ACLU. How else will this man walk free from this charge without them to argue his due process rights were violated by ICE in this arrest because they should never have probable cause to check his immigration status. And if that doesn't work, they can argue since he might notbe an American citizen he's exempt from prosecution from our criminal laws.
