This is how the Republican mindset works. If you are an employee and you have no rights. No right to speak your mind when it comes to your boss. If you do you are subject to termination even if you are correct in the statements that you make. Just look at WI and the governor there. The state employees spoke out against his policies so he did everything he could to terminate their jobs.
