We now know for sure that the Texas House Republicans are owned by the Corporations and work for them NOT THE CITIZENS OF TEXAS. We already have tort reform for frivolous lawsuit where the loser pays....past last session. Judges now approve all civil cases before they can go to trial which means there is no such thing as a frivolous lawsuit being a judge has reviewed it and says it is or is not a frivolous lawsuit .
