So you're saying that even with unions and union representation, the companies still took advantage of their workers. So whether you have a union or not, you are subject to being taken advantage of and the result is that these problems are handled by the courts or the govenment. So what is the point of being forced to give up your hard earned money to a union? And just because a "vote" is taken to see how much protection money you're forced to give up doesn't make it right.
