Like I said if they do not help the unions pay fpr the work they do to gain the benefits bargined for then they should not receive the benefits. For example the union bargins for a pay increase of 5 $ an hour and better health insurance and the company agrees the NON union members should not receive the 5$ an hour wage increase or the beter insurance because they did not help pay for what it cost the union to obtain the increases. If the want them then pay dues.
