They say that it takes 10 years to negate the effects of smoking on your body after you quit smoking, so I guess by your reasoning, it's not worth it to quit smoking... Really? In 5 years when gas is $2 a gallon, will it have been worth it? Or would you rather wait the 5 years, pay $10 a gallon, and then say, well it will take 5 years before any change will take place..
Besides, much of the price of gas is based on futures, so if they believe that the price will come down, it will come down now
