Truth of the matter is,no matter how you cut it Whitworth broke no laws,maybe wasnt ethical to stop Stanfield about his iratic driving but Stanfield should of let the intial argument go.Russey and Stanfield broke the law the minute they armed themselves and entered the Whitworths property and pulled the guns on the Whitworths.No matter what you say or think in the eyes of the law in the state of Tx that is a felony and what Whitworth did is self defense,period,the other goes to prison now.
