Yes the gun was loaded w birdshot,Standfield was drunk and angry when he picked up gun he may of loaded it w what they had or was already loaded, I dont know the awnser to that.If i'm not shooting skeet or target shooting,my shotgun stays losded w buckshot and slug and pistol w home defense hollow points so if I have to use for defense I know the threat will be stopped instantly.If my use of words offend you,i'm sorry i'm old school,I call it how I it see it,period.People dont have to read it.
