Leo, what about someone who makes a campaign promise and does not keep it? What does that say about a person? I remember your making an issue of term limits when you faced Ted Kamel in your race for his seat. You were chastising Ted about breaking a promise to not serve more than four terms, yet, when you came to that same point, you begged your constituents to "release" you from your promise of not serving more than 4 terms. Strange how politics changes a person. My dad always told me a man's word was his bond; in your case, your word means nothing.
