No, that is the most ineffecient way to subsidize food needs of the poor. We need to go back to giving out staples such as beans, rice, cheese and day old bread. Cooking at home using these type of staple foods insures more food for the money and a healther diet. Nothing chaps me more than to see someone in line at the store buying filet migon and other food stuff that I can't afford and seeing them pay with food stamps that MY TAXES helped purchase.
