The Henderson ISD should go back to the Teaching of Children/Students. I have been on their campus many times and seen HUGE periods of times when students "ARE NOT" engaged in learning. This is particularly true at the High School. The alcohol free zones around schools are about as effective as the signs that say; "GUN FREE, DRUG FREE"campus. Do we imagine that people wishing to harm our students and faculty, as has happened on many occassions, would look at the signs and change their minds.DUH!
