I see no need to have speed limits raised, I rarely drive 70 now, not safe and my fuel bill to and from work each week is already high enough. Raising the limit to 75 in reality means more people will be exceeding the limit at ever higher rates of speed. You drive 75, I will drive 65, meet you at the finish in less than 20 minutes most of the time.
