Perhaps the reason that the Striplings haven't filed any charges formally yet is because they really did just find out about the abrupt closing of the clinic. Aren't they required by law to give at least 30 days notice before closing the doors? And isn't a corporation required to be incorporated; at least by an LLC, otherwise the owner is financially responsible for any lawsuit awards themselves? I would expect that this is just the beginning of this scandalous story.
